What happens when a user forgets his or her password?
Retrieve forgotten or lost passwords following these steps:
- Go to the site where you first signed up for your AEmail4u.comaccount and find the login box
- If there is no "Lost Password" link on the login box, leave both fields blank and click "Login"; you will arrive at another login screen
- Click "Forgot Your Password" and enter your "Login Name" to complete what would appear to be your email address
- Enter your first name and last name in the same way as when you first signed up for the account
- You will see your password question; type in the correct answer and you will see a new password
- Copy the password by using your mouse or highlighting the password and hitting Ctrl C. If you decide to write down the password, keep in mind that it is cAsE sEnSiTiVe (it will likely be UPPER CASE). Please be sure you type your password exactly as it appears.
- Log in to the account using your login name and new password
- Once you have gained access to your account, click "Options," then "Update Password"
- Paste or type the password you received in step 5 into "Old Password"
- Type in a new password in "New Password"
How can an end-user unsubscribe from 'Everyone.Benefits!'?
End-users may unsubscribe by logging in to their account, clicking on the "Options" button, and updating their "Personal Info".
Does AEmail4u.com offer spell checker and/or thesaurus?
We currently do not offer these features with our services, but we hope to do so in the future.
How big can an attachment be?
Each outgoing email is allowed to have up to 3 attachments, totaling 5MB or smaller. Keep in mind that if you set up your preferences to store sent mail in the Sent Folder, you may reach your storage limit. If you have reached the storage limit, you must move messages into the Trash folder to allow you to send/receive messages properly.
It says my mail box is full or can't send any more messages
Check your trash folder or other folders, empty the trash folder. This is very common when people don't log out and just quit the browser.
It says I need cookies enabled?
Yes, aemail4u.com needs cookies to be enabled, check your security settings on your browser and enable them, if you are worried about security etc. just mark our site as a safe site in you custom security settings. Your browsers help should be able to tell you how to do this.
I sent you a email a day ago and your haven't replied?
Well we are a small site so we don't have a large support network, try sending something to a hotmail support team sometime, see what response you get. We could state, 'Nothings for free in this world, you pay nothing, expect nothing', but we aren't like that, we enjoy running the site, thus a happy customer is a customer who comes back and who tells there friends about us. We will reply, usually very quickly.
It doesn't work, I can't log in?
Tell us more, what's the error message, what doesn't work? The more info we have the more likely we can help you. Also please include your username, password, and secret question answer.
99% of the time the reason for this is due the the browser security setting not allowing Cookies, please check this first, or set our site to be a safe site on your browser.
I no longer need the account, or please remove it.
This is a very easy one, just leave the account alone, inactivity causes the account to close.
